Evaluation of Ukraine Cash Assistance programme (2022 -2024)

This inception report guides the evaluation the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Ukraine Cash Assistance programme (2022 -2024). The purpose of this document is to detail the approach and strategy for the evaluation including scope, evaluation questions, stakeholders, methodology, sampling strategy, and qualitative tools. It describes how the evaluation is organised, the timeline and workplan, and roles and responsibilities of the evaluation team and ICRC.
