Qualitative Field Researcher

Engage with communities from a broad range of backgrounds through interviews, focus group discussions, storytelling, site visits, and other qualitative research methods.

Requirements:
Education in social sciences, experience in field research, excellent interpersonal skills, and flexibility to travel.

Enumerator

Conduct surveys with community members using Computer-Assisted Personal Interviews (CAPI), Telephone Interviews (CATI), or Web Interviews (CAWI).

Requirements:
Experience in conducting surveys, strong communication skills, and flexibility to travel.

Research Admin Support

Support the qualitative field researchers with accurate transcriptions and translations.

Requirements:
Experience in transcriptions and translations and knowledge of digital transcription and translation tools.

Internship

Open to students from Ukraine eager to explore the world of Scruples and gain hands-on experience in their respective areas of studies, including research and operations in conflict zones and hard-to-reach environments as follows:

Requirements:
Research, monitoring and evaluation.
Operations, including human resources, administration, and finance.
Communications, including social media management and product design.

Consultant

Bring your local knowledge and/or international experience in the following technical sectors:
Protection, gender-based violence (GBV), child protection (CP),
Mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS),
Food security and livelihoods (FSL),
Cash and voucher assistance (CVA),
Shelter and basic needs,
WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene),
Program quality: monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL),
Program support; security and access, human resources, procurement and finance, visual communications and design,
Organizational capacity building, including but not limited to concept note/proposal development, project management and reporting, and sphere and core humanitarian standards.

Requirements:
Proven expertise in your field, strategic thinking, and a drive for innovation.
