Consultancy To Support With Energy Rapid Needs Assessment – Data Collection

Our comprehensive and participatory evaluation methodology aligns with the CHS (Core Humanitarian Standards) criteria, with a specific interest in accountability to affected populations and encompasses a mix of primary and secondary data collection methods, including focus group discussions (FGDs) and key informant interviews (KIIs). Throughout this assignment, the Scruples team will play a crucial role in upholding the ‘Do No Harm’ principle and following guidelines for data collection, including data protection, confidentiality, and collecting data from study participants.

The inception phase will be dedicated to the establishment of the general framework for the realisation of the data collection. A kick-off meeting will be conducted to facilitate a clear understanding of the data collection and discussion of the assignment plan and implementation timeline. Moreover, Scruples team aims to elaborate more on the barriers and risks to ensure the data collection goes smoothly.
