Final Evaluation of the MHPSS Project Supported by the French Red Cross in Romania
This evaluation assessed the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) project implemented by the Romanian Red Cross (RRC), with funding from the French Red Cross (FRC). The evaluation examined the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and impact of the project implemented across Romania. Using a participatory and comprehensive methodology, the evaluation incorporated primary and secondary data collection to generate critical insights into the project’s outcomes and effectiveness in addressing the MHPSS needs of refugees from Ukraine and host communities in Romania.
