Mid-term Internal Evaluation For Project Improving Living Conditions of Internally Displaced People in Eastern Ukraine

This evaluation assessed the “Improving Living Conditions of Internally Displaced People in Eastern Ukraine” project, implemented by IOM and funded by the Government of Germany through the KfW Development Bank. The primary objective of this evaluation was to assess the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, coverage, and coherence using OECD-DAC criteria. It sought to identify lessons learned, good practices, and key insights that could inform the project’s ongoing implementation and future similar projects across the targeted oblasts of Chernivetska, Ivano-Frankivska, Kyivska, Lvivska, and Vinnytska to provide key stakeholders with insights into the project’s mid-term progress. The findings serve to support evidence-based decision-making and program improvements.
