Third-Party Evaluation of JPF-Funded Projects in Ukraine: Livelihoods Rehabilitation Assistance Distribution for IDPs in Ukraine 

This evaluation assessed the “”Livelihood Rehabilitation Assistance and Food/NFI Distribution Project for IDPs in Ukraine” project in Poltava and Zaporizhia, implemented by Shanti Volunteers Association (SVA) with JPF funding. The evaluation assessed the project’s relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and impact, applying OECD-DAC criteria and Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS) with a strong focus on accountability to affected populations. It also examined the achievement of expected results, particularly regarding gender and conflict sensitivity and localization. It evaluated the effectiveness of the project and captured key insights to inform and enhance future programming.
